As per latest test.. Total BILIRUBIN is 1.02 mg/dl but direct BILIRUBIN is 0.45 mg/dl. Is it normal? What underlying condition it indicates.

My hemoglobin is 20.2 and rbc is 6.5...and PCV is 65.1...do i need to phlebotomy..or can I take ecospirin for 1 month and then check cbc

Since 1+ month I am getting this side of joint pain. Its not pain as normal type when i push something with my finger it feels burning and achy. Only that area which is encircled. Please help me :(. Near my inner thigh a week back I had small red circle, little itching and at edge the skin was peeling off. Currently the red patch has increased in size and at edges the skin is peeling off. Photo attached. What is it ? I am worried?
