I have sleep in eyes but unable to get proper sleep. All blood tests came back normal. My palms and feet sweat during cold. Not much but they feel wet/sticky. My bp is fluctuating between 120-130/70/85 Is stress and anxiety doing this to me? Do I need to do any more tests/scans to rule out something serious? Also, i am obsessed with taking bp readings until I see a normal value. Usually first 1-2 readings come high and later on values are in the normal range. I have been urinating more since past few weeks. Fasting sugar is 106, RBS is 84 and ppbs 90. Kidney function test is normal, chloride is a little low.

My friend is having lower abdomen right side pain. She has done cbc esr ultrasound. In ultrasound mild fatty liver was there.and small follicles on both ovary as she is having pcod. CBC is normal. Esr is quite raised 29. What could it be? Is it an infection? But cbc in normal. There is tenderness over that area where pain is.

My weight is 80 kg and I have recently started gym.for weightloss it's been a month whenever I go for weight lifting I feel pain in my bones and joints can you suggest some multivitamins or I'll have to do a health check up

From the past few days i am facing right lower abdomen heaviness and skin getting dry. Even after having proper bowel movement, then also i am having heaviness in lower abdomen specifically at right lower abdomen. I had medicines of PPI's for 5 days, still the heaviness has not gone. And my skin in hand stomach areas also getting too dry and white flakes are coming out after a scratch.
