Hello all doctors available here, kindly find attached herewith the reports of my mother and see whether everything is ok or what...your genuine opinions will always be highly appreciated...she is on anti tuberculosis treatment since last 4 months and since last month she switched to akt-3 from akt-4. kindly check the report and confirm whether everything is ok or what? thanks a lot for your valuable opinions

My grandma is not feeling well could be her last days she is being bedridden from last 3weeks taken care at home consulted by few other doctors at home only not much treatment was suggested because of her age not to trouble her so lang she is being eating but from last night she suddenly stopped eating it's just like one spoon or so I want any doctor to visit our home and help us to understand her situation if needed we can give her saline as she stopped eating please help me

So i have done a stool routine, attached below. In this there were no parasites , but is it possible that some other infection is there? What other stool tests can I do to ensure no other infection is there which is causing it? There are 2-3 pus cells, a friend of mine who's in medical stool said that it doesn't look like ibd and as I don't even have diarrhoea 4-5 times a day, might be some infection or ibs, please help me how do I diagnose the exact cause?
