Sir, I am feeling tasteless from last two meals. I don't know what happen. Is there any medicine to get back my taste of mouth. Plz suggest.

Doctors, I wrong took vitamin D supplements daily (60k iu) for 10 days instead of weekly once prescribed by my doctor due to nasal allergy issue. This caused me not to sleep for 25 days. (Not even a minute of sleep). I feel like I am going to die because of lack of sleep. I took calcium level test it's normal. My sleep cycle is distributed completely. Pls help me

Hi Dr, I am facing symptoms such as itching, hives and swollen lips since a few months now. The symptoms are under control with Allegra 180 mg which I take in every 24 hours. However, the day I skip a dose, I get the symptoms again. I need to find what specific allergy am I having. A doctor suggested to take an IGE test, but  I understand it won't give me the specific details of what thing is causing allergy symptoms. Therefore, I want to know which test can I take for accurately diagnosing my condition. Please let me know. Thanks!
