While resting my hear bpm is mostly between 90-100 sometimes it's goes up to 110..and some time less then 70? And while walking i noticed it's between 120-130 ? Is it anything to worry ? Please reply asap 28 year male

Since past 5-6 days, I haven't been able to sleep well. Entire day i have sleepiness in eyes but when i try to sleep, I can't. I barely slept 4-5 hours every night since past 4-5 days. I get random thoughts at night and unable to sleep. So i went to a physician yesterday, he said your bp is high, 150/98, i was scared, but he said to check it today morning and evening. Today morning it was normal, 2nd time when i checked at evening it was 138/74, he said its normal. I came home took 4 readings (discarded first) and last 3 were 123/72, 128/76,121/77 . Doctor said it's because lack of sleep, he said go home and modify your lifestyle. But i think i have insomnia, and unable to sleep. How to sleep peacefully for a night? :( And does sleep deprivation cause high blood pressure? I am a lean person, with no bad habits and I don't even eat junk + I exercise 3 days in gym per week. I do have health anxiety tho, whenever something happens to me, i get scared :(. Pls tell me lack of sleep causedis
