What could be the reason for the severe headache above  the ear? I have continuous pain from this afternoon

Asking for mother, age 47 Mild gastritis and h pyloriFemale, 21Had mild gastritis and h pylori Took medicine esogress , pyloflush, enzispor and itorihenz for 2 weeks , symptoms reduced had follow up again prescribed, Happi d for 10 days along with instaraft syrup , how do we know that the bacteria is gone completely is there any changes that it re occur because burping continues , endoscopy was gone and mild gastritis with h pylori was diagnosed , do these things cause stomach cancer and if yes than how can that be prevented and are this medicine sufficient for the bacteria to get killed

I had a not so serious fall in the bathroom this morning where by I got a small cut on my scalp. I may have banged my head on the door handle. Some bleeding was stopped  immediately by applying turmeric and sugar. I took my tetanus injection as a precautionary measure. No pain. Wound getting dry. I have betadine gargle with me. Can I apply that on the wound ?

I was suppose to be taking before food Montu BL one per night, however today mistakenly taken twice with 1 hour gap mistakenly. What symptoms should I be watchful of

Mistakenly I had taken two anitibiotics tablets in daytime which was to take 1 at day 1 at night. Can I skip night dose ? Is there any harmful on having 2 doses at a time.

I got scartched by a dog, no bleeding but light red dot. To be on the safe side I decided to go for the course of injections. I took my 1st and 2nd on day 0 and 3 and I took the 3rd today morning day 8. Is it okay? Do I need to get one more shot or 3 is enough?

I had my thyroidectomy for multi nodular goiter which was benign. What should be the tsh value after 3 weeks of surgery. I have been prescribed 75mcg thyronorm and weight is 53 kg
