I was having chest tightness and pain so I did ecg and Troponin blood test and was negative please check and say wat to do next

From past 6 months I have been experiencing 24/7 pulsating stomach and I am able to see those pulsatings and I done my usg abdomene and arota was normal and done ecg and tmt and they also normal but I have a pan gastric problem when I drink some water this pulse feeling increases pls tell me what is reason for this doctor told to me nothing to worry

I have thyroid and i am taking 100 thyronorm for that i was irregular with medicine for almost 2 weeks before that i got it checked levels were with in the range but now levels have increase of TSH to 12.220 I am worried should i continue 100 or increase my dose Also ESR value has also increased last time also it was more and now it is 24

I have been suffering from wet cough from past 10 days. Takin ascoril syrup ls. But it has not been improved till now. Instead mucus got thick solid and yellowish. Now even coughing harder unable to take out cough. But I have to clean nose in every 30 minutes . It fills with mucus and blocks my nose. When i clear nose it produces more sound. And less mucus.
