Hi.. How many times can Meftal Forte be given in a day for fever in a case of COVID........?? Thanks

Consider meftal forte every 12 hours if only you have high fever ,as it is known for its adverse effects on the gastrointestinal tract.You can use paracetamol 650mg -1gm mg every 6 to 8 hours, is very effective in lowering the temperature
