I have acidity problem for few days..i have stomach pain.. in upper abdomen... i take pan 40 before food.. it clear acidity but stomach pain is continue.. it happen when i eat something... i have watery stool also.. my stomach pain is frequent.. how to cure the stomach pain.. is it cancer? I am very much tensed
