LIVER Liver is normal in size, shape & echotexture. No focal lesion is seen. No intrahepatic duct dilatation is seen. PV is normal. Gall bladder is normally distended with echofree lumen. Walls are normal GALL BLADDER CBD Not dilated PANCREAS SPLEEN Pancreas is normal in size, shape & echotexture Spleen is normal in size, shape & echotexture. KIDNEYS: AROTI URETER Both the kidneys are normal in size, shape and echotexture. No calculus or hydronephrosis is seen. Ureters are not dilated URINARY BLADDER Urinary bladder is DIAGNOSTICS ended with echofree lumen. UTERUS Uterus is anteverted & bulky. Size is 8.1x4.3x3.7 cm. Myometrial & endometrial echoes are normal. OVARY Both ovaries are normal in size, shape & echotexture. Follicles are seen in both ovaries, largest size approx 15.4 mm in right ovary & 14.1 mm in left ovary are filled with minimal debris.. Mild probe tenderness present in RIE, however no underlying mass or collection seen, appendix is not visualized.

From what you have written down,liver,gall bladder  kidneys ureters pancrease are normal.there are follicles in both ovaries with uterus being bulky. You should consult with a gyenacologist to correlate.
