Interpretation: ✅ This report is essentially normal. Mild fluctuations in bilirubin (within 1.2–1.4 range) are common and can happen due to fasting, dehydration, Gilbert’s syndrome (a benign condition), or even lab variations. Since the patient has no symptoms (no yellow eyes, no yellow skin, no fatigue, no abdominal pain), no active treatment is required. --- Advice / Precautions No medicines needed. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Avoid unnecessary painkillers (especially NSAIDs and high-dose paracetamol). Maintain a balanced diet (fruits, vegetables, less oily/spicy food). Stay hydrated. Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight. --- Follow-up Repeat LFT after 6–12 months, or earlier if: Yellowing of eyes/skin Dark urine or pale stools Abdominal pain Fatigue --- 📌 Summary: This report is normal; only lifestyle precautions are enough. No Rx is needed.

Your liver function test values are only mildly raised and still within acceptable limits for many labs. Since you don’t have yellowing of eyes or skin or other symptoms, this is not worrisome right now.
Next Steps
Avoid alcohol, smoking, and unnecessary painkillers. Maintain a healthy diet with fruits, vegetables, less oily/spicy food. Stay hydrated and exercise regularly. If you have fatty liver, diabetes, or high cholesterol, control them well.
Health Tips
Repeat the test after 1–2 months to monitor. If values increase further or you develop symptoms like yellow eyes, dark urine, severe fatigue, abdominal swelling, consult a doctor in person.
