Liver size.
In my latest ultrasound...the liver size came out to be 147 mm...and it says enlarged liver. What does that mean? Is it a cause of concern? What should I do to make it go back to normal ? I am a little overweight...would shedding weight help in this?

It should not be a cause for concern. Liver measurements up to 15 cm is normal.. So You are near the upper limit of normal. Further management will depend on Liver function tests.
