In my latest ultrasound...the liver size came out to be 147 mm...and it says enlarged liver. What does that mean? Is it a cause of concern? What should I do to make it go back to normal ? I am a little overweight...would shedding weight help in this?

It should not be a cause for concern. Liver measurements up to 15 cm is normal.. So You are near the upper limit of normal.
Further management will depend on Liver function tests.
According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from hepatomegaly means increase size of liver.
You should follow good life style like take sufficient amount of water and
