Having smooth liver margin and enlarged liver showes fatty liver,means excessive fat collection in the liver It may also due to metabolic imbalance of body due to toxins, excessive alcohol intake, infection

some people having grade 1 fatty liver is common,avoid alcohol ,fatty food,do regular excessive if u have a y other added symptoms it should be evaluated thoroughly
