Updated question bp Fluctuation
Recently I was having 140-90 BP after the common cold and cough and after that I was having anxiety where my BP was fluctuating between (120/80) and  (150-90) so I have undergone all necessary heart tests ecg, 2d echo, tmt, ultrasound abdomen all are normal. Lipid and lft, CBC and chest x ray also normal. So the doctor suggested diet and exercise for 1 month to see if it gets my bp normal. So it's been two weeks since I have been monitoring my bp That's why I posted my recent question where in the morning my bp is around 115-125/70-80 and in the evening it is between 120-130/70-80. All the times I took three readings with a 3 minute break and every time the first was close to 130/78 while the second and third readings were around 120-122/75. So I just want to know if bp between 120-130/75-80 comes under normal?
