Doctor i took complete 4 Dose intradermal Anti Rabies Vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 Last 4th Dose was taken on 28th February 2023 and again i took 3 intramuscular Rabies Vaccine  intramuscular Rabies Day 0 7  Last 2ndbdose was taken on 2nd May 2023 but today on 21st May A Street Dog Scratch me with Nails No Deep Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should i have to take booster dose of Rabies vaccine ?

When I eat food meanwhile I feel dizziness Is it normal. I feel like I will faint. It happens when I eat  food fastly.

My bp fluctuates alot sometimes it's 134/91 and suddenly it drops to 128/84 on second reading Is it pre hypertension or normal ?

Because of nose blockage since 30 days and trying all medicines prescribed till date, I used otrivin for 15 days when suffocation increased. Now inside of one nostril it hurts and the skin there become hard. Will side effects subside? Blockage didnt open after trying an arrays of medications like over the counter and antibiotics, antihistamine and steroid, there is no recovery. Please help me with it I'm having trouble sleeping because of it.

This is regarding my daughter, she is having fever since last three days, the temperature isn't consistent it's fluctuating between above 98 degree Fahrenheit to 102.8 the highest recorded yesterday, there is loss of taste but not smell, feeling nausea and extreme physical weakness, cannot stand or sit. She was taking paracetamol 650 since three days but this doesn't seem to work, kindly suggest something in this regard. Thank you.

My bp is fluctuating I took two readings last night after some tensed situation first reading was 131/91 and second reading was 127/84 Today morning , I took two readings first reading was 125/83 Second reading was 115/74 Is it normal or hypertension

If you fall at 5.5 hba1c and if you really want to lower it what diet should be followed If your fasting blood sugar is 98 and you want to lower it Please write a proper diet for non vegetarian

My Friend had high fever. As the fever got better, she started getting constant pain in the middle of the chest, just below the sternum region. There are some more symptoms: Vomiting, not wanting to eat, low Blood Pressure, dizziness, extreme weakness (she was too weak to stand or walk). It's been 10days and she shows no signs of improvement. Taking Sufficient rest also doesn't seem to work. All these symptoms Haven't got any better. Another Doctor suggested this was because of dehydration. Giving Saline helps a bit, but the next day she again falls weak. I request for any remedies or treatment that can help. History of the patient: was not much physically active, used to lie in bed for long hours, insufficient water intake, intake of lesser or junk foods, has caught fever twice this month, along with vomitting.
