Hi Sir I am 37M and i have detected thyroid UBNORMALITY from last April ( 2022 ) and at that time TSH Value was 10 & after 4 months i was tested again at that time it was 14 so Doc suggested to use 75MCG still now iam using and yesterday i tested TSH & FREE T3,T4 and the Values are Free T3 is 2.35 and Free T4 is 1.12 and TSH is 6.740...and I tested ANTI TPO and in this the ANTI TPO is >1115.0 and i was attached all the details please look into my issue and suggest me what's the best way to get rid of THYROID UBNORMALITY... I have high blood pressure after taking medicines my blood pressure is 125/90. I am diabetic too after taking medicines it is normal. I have cholesterol I'm taking medicines. I've had ulcer in the insides of my cheeks for a month. I've tried zinc supplements and topical ointments but nothing works and i still have it. What can I do to get rid of it?
