I fell sleepy while riding a bike and driving a car even though I'm not tired. No matter what i do i feel sleepy and yawn a lot and for couple of seconds eyes gets closed no matter how much i try to control it. I travel daily 30kms I feel sleepy while going to office and returning from office.

In the area just beside my jaw on the right side, when i put my finger and open my jaw, the parotid gland feels sore. I showed it to an ENT, she prescribed me Chymoral plus for that. But the pain is not going away. She said there is no swelling so not an issue. I had this type of pain 2 years back, after 1-2 months post removing a wisdom tooth. But it went away with zerodol mr. why can it be happening? I dont fee ache pain or anything when i eat, however it just feels like inflammation is there. I can't even go for an ultrasound sadly as i have a flight to uk today. And getting and appointment there is extremely difficult. Please help me out.

Hello , I am suffering from a viral infection. I took the Azee 500 for 5 days. I had a fever only one day but had severe weakness. For the last 2 days I have developed a mouth infection and it is getting difficult to swallow or chew ,   . To relive from this I am taking ibugesic plus tablet , doing gargeling , can I take 3 Ibugesic Plus tablet in a day? Is this ok , please advise
