Flu

I've had ulcer in the insides of my cheeks for a month. I've tried zinc supplements and topical ointments but nothing works and i still have it. What can I do to get rid of it? I got these sores after consuming chyawanprash for a couple of days and i wonder if it's some sort of allergy but i stopped eating that after a getting mouth ulcer.

Breathing issue and eyes burning sensation from 5 days and  feeling like having mild fever,ruinny nose. 2 days before i have throat pain also but now throat is fine,but mainly struggling with breath taking

My son is suffering from cough since 10 days. He has taken Alhist mont 2 days and 1 day Alhist. But not much relief. Cough is mild in day time but whooping in night .

I have done my lipid profile. Total cholestrol : 247 Tri glyceride : 218 Hdl : 43.4 Ldl : 159.9 Non hdl cholestrol : 203.6 These values are high. Doctor prescribed me aztolet tablet. Is this a blood thinner. I dont have any other problem.. Is this medicine safe and Is it take for life long My height is 5.7 Weight 69 Age 39 Kindly suggest..is it safe to take this medicine for lowering cholestrol Please help

I am facing an issue for about 8 months , a white thick layer keeps depositing on my tongue especially after waking up .. sometimes it is kind of yellow in colour .. removing it by tongue cleaner and brushing twice a day and using mouthwashing is not helping at all Please Provide a solution for further treatment
