Flu

I've been a regular gym goer for more than 6 years now usually workout in the evening 7-8pm but for past 3 months I've hardly slept for 8 hours or end up sleeping by 1pm and up by 8am though I go to bed by 11 pm and roll on a bed till I get sleep. I'm an IT engineer working from home and gym is my addiction so workout 7 times a week by evening, so building my body naturally not replying on any supplements but rather i eat a lot of sprouts with chickpeas green gram ,peanuts handful,10 almonds soaked in water overnight have it post workout but what have I been observing is my body though is lean my face is getting fat or swollen for that I'm doing facial exercises too for a month now but no effect perhaps it's getting worse with more facial fat My salt intake is less to zero. please suggest me what is causing the puffy face is it the almonds or peanuts I'm already on a medications for sleeping

Hello doctor, i have twitching in lower abdomen.i dont feel any pain nothing. but only if im sitting or lying i feel that twitching. its been 3 days its still twitching. please let me know . thanks

Hello Doctor...My brother is suffering from chicken pox from last 10 days... He is almost recovered...he is isolated himself from the beginning... yesterday accidentally I slept in his bed... Immediately i wash my body...Now I want to ask if I get infected because I sleep in his bed?

I had a big cut on Feb 25 so doctor gave Tetanus Immunoglobulin. I had another cut by metal on Apr 16 so doctor gave Tetanus Immunoglobulin SAYING that the previous one is valid upto 1 month only. On May 25, Again I had a small cut. 1) Is it safe to take Tetanus Immunoglobulin again? (3 times in 4 Months) 2)Are there any permanent solution which will protect from any cut atleast for 5 years? NOTE: I have completed the course when I was child. But don't remember the series.

I attached my report for SGOT, SGPT & Billurubin profile. Any kind of worry or not. Usually I take meal from canteen and junk food. Salty food. My job profile is hard working and have chemical exposure with exposure of Drugs like Rivaroxaban, Pantaprazole, Nebivolol etc.
