I have cold and throat itching nose is blocked .I have taken d cold tablet but it is not giving any relief . could you please suggest any tablet

From the past few days i have noticed that after passing bowel, i gradually start to feel heaviness kind of feeling in right lower abdomen, bodily discomfortness and feels irritated throughout the day, but gradually decreases the heaviness and at evening the intensity of heaviness gets decreased. With this issue i feel sleepiness during day time, lower body dicomfortness and burping. I was diagnosed with mild gastritis few months back, was on medication for gastritis. USG report says normal. When i was diagnosed with gastritis, my cbc and urine report also were normal. Till now i do not have any pain in stomach/abdomen, only heaviness. This stomach issue are affecting me alot and it is interfearing in my daily life and it is affecting me alot. Please doctor guide me in this regard.

In my left hand BP is 120/89 and in my right hand bp is 120/81 is this difference significant? I was feeling a little bit dizzy due to lack of sleep.

There is mucus in my throat..which makes bad breath..what shall I do..??the mucus i the throat make me uncomfortable whole talking ..as its has pungent smell..

I am facing issues of gas formation in my left arm and left ribs. Have  muscle pain too. When I burp or pass gas, there is relief in pain. No digestion issues or burning issues in chest. I take Rabesac DSR once a day if I feel the burps are not coming out easily. Kindly suggest medicine for cure. Thanks

Hi doctors, I am concerned about my weight loss. My height is 174 cm and my current weight is around 93 kgs. 3 years back my weight was approximately 78 kgs. From the past 3 years, I was staying away and was consuming fast food almost daily. Till end of January this year my weight was 105 kgs approximately. But since early February I have completed stopped consuming fast food and have shifted to less oil, less fat based home food and fruits. Also I had started some exercise (walking 3 times a week). Though I stick to my diet, the exercise is not regular. Within 3 and half months roughly I lost 12 kgs. I also have health anxiety and issues, my blood pressure and pulse rate was also significantly high for a considerable duration. I wanted to know if the weight loss seems to be drastic. I don't have hyperthyroidism. Though I want my weight to reduce at least to 80 kgs but I am worried about the rate of decrease. It will be very helpful if you can share your opinion.

How to get relief from period cramps..Everymonth it's very tough to cope with the pain. 1 to 3 days there is tremendous pain with puking tendency.

My blood pressure ranges from 130/80 to 140/90 . I have slightly high uric acid of 6.2 mg/dl  . Should I take Telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide containing tablet Tazloc 40mg . I have grade 1 fatty liver and have no diabetes.
