Hello All I am having on and off chest pain some time in right side and some time in left side. I had consulted 2 Cardiologist having run ALL BLOOD TEST, 2 ECG, 2D ECHO and XRAY all are normal. I am having acidity problem as well burping all days, passing gas, constipation i am taking Omee 20 mg for acidity but there is no relief in pain i am totally fed up of this problem it is hampering my day to day life. Please suggest what shld i do and which Dr shld i visit to get proper treatment

I have been a patient of BP since 5 years I now take the prescribed drug Inditel Ch40 mg in the morning.One of my Doctor friends advised me to take it during nights to have better control of BP.Please advise me whether BP drugs are to be taken in the  morning or night?

I have sleep problem I consulted psychiatrist and taking nexito forte tablet (escitalopram oxalate and clonazepam) I take this medicine at night after dinner I am getting sleep after two to three hours after taking medicine I want to talk with my doctor about melatonin that I want to take melatonin Which one is more safe melatonin or nexito forte tablet

My mother is having thyronorm 12.5mcg for  the last 4 years.. Last year tsh was 1.02 T3 - 0.98 T4 - 8.86 Does she need to stop the medication now as tsh is very low or should she continue the same dose? Fasting blood sugar - 106 Hba1c - 6.5℅ Reports attached. Please help

Hi, i'm working a night shift job and having constipation trouble. During the weekends when I get up early in the morning, there is no issues, but during weekdays since it is a night shift job, having trouble relieving myself. I do defecate everyday but it is not satisfactory. It is slightly uncomfortable to sit because of it. Please suggest remedies or medication.

My middle chest feels pressure like feeling... when i lie down it seems more.. and pain is also in back and left arm.. my heart beat become loud and sometimes when i panick... i feel shortness of breath some time.. other wise i have constant pressure in middle chest... what is this??? I take folitrax 20 on every Sunday and Folvite 5 every Tuesday, but yesterday i missed folitrax . CAN I take folitrax today and Folvite on Wednesday?
