Pain from 7 days. Already got 2 injection for pain (Tramadol) Report saying gallstone 21mm Surgeon gave some medicine including antibiotic and need to done some pre surgical report. Doctor told me surgery will be within 10-15 days till then take required medicine and take injection if needed. Today got Decolic injection along with rantac/pan40 injection(surgeon suggested). But pain not fully cured. Previously took Tramadol injection and pain was complete gone for 3 days(before we met surgeon) Every 3rd day pain appear. My question is - can we take Tramadol tomorrow if required as it was more effective?

I had fever 10 days ago and have cough and sneezing till now. It is the symptoms of typhoid?. I don't have fever for last 8 days. I have tested widal S Typhi O and H are till 1:80 and S.typhi AH and BH are till 1: 40. Please suggest whether I have typhoid or not.

From past 3 months im feeling very low no energy always feel like sleep on bed, excessive sleepiness, when i wake up in the morning my legs from knee to foot will be paining and hands also pain no enery to wakeup. Last month consulted a physican he done test and told that VitD and B12 is deficiency so given draise and b12 tablets but even after month it is same. What can i do? Can i change doctor? Hi From yesterday night I was having high fever and body ache. I have taken dolo tablet in night it reduced little but in morning same high fever and body ach is there.. Doctor given paracetamol injection and antibiotic but still no improvement. Anything I can do to reduce fever and body ache quickly. Please advise. Antibiotics is cefoxedome 200.
