I feel From 4 years , i have Small Seed like Swell under some place in body and They very little and Not pain Any more i Not even notice but when i press over this I feel pain and serious??

My mother is diabetic and 79 years old.She is on multiple medications including blood thinner and solefenacin for bladder control besides antidiabetic,and vitamin supplements.Offlate since few days she is having right foot swelling since she woke up in morning with pain.Not experiencing shortness of breath or other symptoms though.Last month had episode of high sugar shooting to 410 ,but currently it's controlled. Also she is complaining of dryness of mouth and occasional right side of throat pain since some time.Are these symptoms related or unrelated? Kindly prescribe what tests needs to be done?

My mother drank more than 4 liters of water at a time to get her usg done. Now she is feeling extremely nauseous and fatigued and has vomited a lot of water. Urinating a lot and getting muscle cramps at night. Her appetite is almost gone. We are so scared. Is all this happening because of overhydration?

My Homocysteine level is 30.05 which is high. Just wanted to know do I need to consult any specific doctor for this. I searched online so it was showing your vitamin level might be low so that's why. But my Vitamin B12 level is 267 which is showing normal and my Vitamin B9 (folic acid) is 8.46. My vitamin D and calcium is very low for which I'm taking injection and tablet. My High sensitivity CRP level is also 9.6 which is showing high My Erthocyte Sedimentation Rate is also 26 which is high Please suggest accordingly for this.

I have got my KFT test done and noticed Uric acid is 7.1 and chloride is 106, rest all seems fine Do I need to take any medicines or precautions
