So as asked earlier my homocysteine level is 30 and my vitamin B12 level is in low normal range and is 267.
So should I take Vitamin B12 tablet and if yes then which one and for how many days should I take this?
Is Homocheck tablet good for this?

Head hit on rod
It's been 48 hrs my head hit on iron rod
No swelling no blood clots no vomiting or nausea but whenever I pressed the area I feel pain other wise no extreme pain in effected area
