Feale 53 My mother is diabetic since 7 years last year' her sugar was controlled this year her Hba1c rose to 14 from 6.9(last year) with ABG of 347 , so she put on Metformin  1000 mg + glimperide 4mg a day, the day after she started taking medicine, she is feeling very uneasy, has nausea, lack of appetite and excessive belching, she burp when she presses her abdomen, change her sleeping postion, get up from bed, stand up and raise her hand above, this was not the case earlier, I am very concerned advise is requested

My father got cbp done and platelets are 1.4 ..one month back it was 1.5 ..is it something to worry ..he is taking ecosprin for mild cad ..is ecosprin impacting low platelets ..hb is 12.5 and wbc 8400 ...what could be reason for this he is also having high hypertension since 3 days..please help doctor

Doctor I completed my anti rabies vaccine last 4th dose on 14 th april 2023 and within 1month  again puppy scratch 2times and accidentally hit me with his teeth  with minor little bit blood comes out so should I have to take booster vaccine again? My vaccination schedule was day 0 3 7 28 intradermal.

Hi Doctor My husband is having fever since two days with cold. We took few tests including crp and chest x ray . CRP level is 17.9 . And attached the chest x ray it shows some findings. Hi, I have a elevated total bilirubin. I dont have any symptoms. I am perfectly alright. I do exercise for 1 hr a day and walk around 6kms and drink 3l water. No alcohol. I only take concor 5mg for my high bp. What could be the reason for my high bilirubin level. Attached the report

From past few days having a lot of anxiety and stress... Chest feels heavy and back pains also head pressure at back. I have new symptom I am unable to sleep constantly jolting when  going into sleep and anxiety comes in with tightness in throat and chest for few seconds little shakiness in arms ... The tightness in throat is painful and constricting but after 4-5 seconds I can breathe... Happening 6-7 times makes my head heavy and don't wanna sleep until I'm so much tired .
