Mostly the cause is gastritis which increases on being empty stomach for long.. You need to get yourself tested with Stool for H.Pylori Antigen

Mostly due gastritis only
Use antacid 3 times daily half an hour before food atleast 2 week .. these time try to maintain good food , avoid fast and spicy food and eat daily correct time.
