I took hiv PEP for 5 days and i discontinued for 2 weeks due to side effects. Can i continue from now If i continue will it be effective Please answer

I have dizziness and heart palpitation and anxeity problem. My doc perscribed vitamin d3 60k. (My serum vitamin d level is 20) But I have one doubt. I saw in Google that Daily vitamin D requirement is 600 IU..but why that vitamin d3 medicine is 60k. Is this high dose or normal?

From last 7days my mother is getting swelling in single finger joint of single hand. Swelling and slight pain is found only after getting up from bed at morning. Gradually it comes to normal condition with no such pain with time. Again it gets swelling on next morning. She does a lot f exercises due to sciatica pain control. Before 6 months uric acid was checked. And it was within normal limit.
