What test to do to find history platelet
I have history of high platelet 2018 platelet 538 2021 547 2022 519 2023 feb 505 Now 6lakh(4 weeks before cold) unsaturated iron binding only high 287(173 to 253)iron and total iron binding normal  saturation 13.8 ,haemoglobin 13.8 ,wbc 10000 rbc 5.2 ,platelet 6lakh crp negative ..pss test mild thrombocytosis..and having left leg joint pain..is this report shows anemia or any other problem??what test to do next?

Your CBP nearly normal There may lab to lab some changes but not significant Since you have leg pain rescently now it is significant .. kindly consult
