Hi I have been experiencing persistent abdominal discomfort since 2 months. Also, stools are inconsistent and thin. Feel the need to go washroom very frequently. Gastritis is also there. Please advise. USG abdomen is normal.

Hello doctor, Good morning! My husband affected with covid with lung involvement on May 2021. He was hospitalized 1 month with o2 support and got cured. Everything was normal for one year.  For past 9 months he is getting cold frequently like 2 to 3 months once. Last December he got cold and cough. Cough was there a month. Now again (2 weeks ago) he affected with cold and cough. Cold got cured but cough is there. He coughs 5 to 6 throughout the day. His o2 is 97 or 98. Why he is getting repeated cold and cough? Is this any related to post covid?  Does any need test needed?

Hi my age is 34 . I am a mother of 5 years old .i feel that I am always tired and feel like sitting of sleeping all the time. I have constant body pain in my legs back and neck.and i get very frequent heachache also.i don't like to bend down as I feel lot of pain in my back and my legs and knees. I am taking thyronorm 75 mcg and I had the episodes of vertigo 2 -3 times in last 3 years. My vitamin d and b12 was low earlier and I had taken the supplements .pls guide what could be the reason for constant fatigue and pains.

I am a very anxious person especially when i visit hospital, i get to have anxiety and restlessness when i visit a hospital. In hospital when they check my bp and heart rate, both are at high side. Maximum bp raised till 150/90 and heart rate above 130 bpm. I feel like heart is pounding. Other time i am simply normal and my heart rate is below 90 bpm and i feel relaxed. I am a 26 years guys, should i start bp medicines by this age, after having such high bp and heart rate. In feb 2023 my bp was 140/90 & 130/80 & in march 2023 recently checked when i faced anxiety and restless my bp was around 150/90. Am i prone to have bp issues later years. Can i reduce bp without any medicines?. I do not have any special sysmptoms like chest pain or breathing issue.

Hi am having itching in my anus yesterday night my stool is also normal but there is a pain in my anus. I am attaching pictures for the reference kindly suggest what to do. I don't want any surgery to be done .

I got my annual whole body check up done (reports are attached for reference). I got a consultation from a GP and the doctor focused more on my vitamin d( 22.9), b12 (57) and haemoglobin (10.8) and prescribed medicines for the same. I wanted to know more about the different values in LFT and CbC. Please suggest regarding the same.

Intermittently (2-4 days in 1 or 2 months)having right chest, shoulder and pain(feel like extreme muscle pain) Already visited doctor Did couple of blood tests, Holter, Chest xray, ECG, echocardiography, USG whole abdomen. All reports are ok except vitamin d deficiency so taking vitamin d supplements prescribed by doctor. My question is Is it because of vitamin d deficiency? What type of specialist I should visit for this issue?
