My T3 188,T4 12.52, TSH less than 0.01 Kidney,cholesterol and sugar levels normal. Working on weight loss. Should I observe by making diet and life style changes or start medication immediately?

My body is not able to generate fever. I feel fever type from inside but on thermameter it is always less than 98.5. Is there any way we can get fever. I am restless from last 2.5 months.

She has headache when bend down, climbing upstairs, and back of her head at times but not continuously. She has severe cold and frequently gets allergic to it. She seems to be exhausted after school. Her immunity power is low.  I am not sure if I should see Opthalmologist or ENT or General Physician. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi doctor, I hve read on internet that swell arpit lymp node can be cancer... And due to fear ..i keep checking my both arpit witn hand every one hour.. Today i found very very mild pain and little hard skin at end of arpit area while raise hand up and checkinh that area I do not have any pain in general in armpit... Attached image... Is circle area in picture lypmp node?? I do not have any other symtoms... Right side armpit is bit fatty than left side.. I am really scared.. Please suggest...

My father has been suffering from fever and coughing with weakness in body for 10 days. Initially he had an acidity issue and then he started feeling fever and weakness. Initial treatment from local doctor with getting injection and antibiotic for 5 days didn't work well. 3 days back I consulted gastroenterologist for acidity issues along with fever and dry cough, and he prescribed the 1 month acidity related medicine and dolo 650 and surup for fever and cough for 3 to 5 days.  From today my father is feeling cough with mucus and still once in day fever would be around 100 with weakness the whole time. Blood report also showing normal with only esr value around 46. So shall we continue the same tablets and how many days??
