Hi why am getting body aches like hand pain shoulder pain eye brows paining legs paining backaches when I sleep for some time they go away am a feeding mother I feel like thirsty every time...is the deficiency of vit d ...what yo do suggestions me plzzzz

My father have high blood he takes medicine for that.he feels when he more oily and outside food then some time feel sweaty in midnight for sometime.it happens once in 2-3 month. What could be reason.

From last week i m facing hardness and like small hard bump of skin in the lateral side of my foot . Feel pain when it is pressed. (It should be noted that last one month i was doing my ward duty in hospital because I m doing nursing course...and due to this i had to stand for like 3 -4 hours almost in a day constantly ...and the school shoe what I put on ..it is like felt that smaller for my feet..)
