My mother is of 68 years and her reports are attached herewith. She is having ALP 189 and triglycerides 221. All other parameters are fine. Please help me understanding the report and guide us for further treatment 🙏

I had idly sambar in morning . Noon I'm not much hungry so I had one pear and one pink dragon fruit . After 2 hours I felt mild stomach ache and like wann go washroom initially it's normal next time it's in pink color and just pouring . I had dragon fruit earlier times but this kind never experienced this. What can be wrong ? Any medication ?

From last 5 days I'm suffering from breathing stuck issue facing issue in deep breath taking many time felt it stuck and even breathless also feel many times a day ..it started 5 days before when I'm taking lunch...my spo2 99 pluse also under 100 ...bp also quite normal ...it start when I wake up most bother in when I'm taking fast bathing eating and some more activity ...even when I lie down in bed changing postion sometime cause symptoms...I felt left side little pain...ECG is normal sinus tycadgeia found ...I'm taking medicine but not helping...xray also normal ...what can cause it I don't know...kindly advise something...yawing whole day to accompany breath stuck...

I am personally experiencing the small lumps often occurs in armpit, one side of neck and groin area for the past two years.
