Hi, i was down with Influenza with 4 days fever. After that 3 days i still have cold and cough only when i eat spicy or talk for more time, the cough in small green color comes out. My right ear also seems blocked. The cold is also sticky. What should i do to get over this lingering cold and cough which is not constant? Thanks in advance.

My ESR value was 24 today.From yesterday afternoon I am suffering from sore throat and body pain. One month ago I suffered from injury which is healing now but there is no such swelling. Is there anything to worry about high ESR.My age is 27. Is it just because of sore throat and body pain so it was high or because of one month old injury which might have caused blood clot or something.I showed the injury to doctor he said there is nothing to worry about injury its just minor. I have lymph node behind my left ear in which swelling comes and goes. Although the swelling reduces, i can still sometimes feel it while i cant on the other side. Is this worrysome? Could it be cancerous? The swelling increases when i wear artificial jewlry in my ear pearcing, which slightly infects it. But only on one side. I also have a persistent case of gingivitis. I recently got my KFT and CBC done and everything was normal. Should i gwt it checked?
