Flu

Hi I got covid in 2021 but luckily recovered in home itself. Got few issues for Chest, head and breathing but all the reports were normal. I have upper chest pain sometimes but it goes away quickly so does shortness of breath. But I have it consistent since last two days after I ate food from outside. Upper chest pains and I struggle to breath ( deep breathing helps) What can be the cause? Should I go for an xray again?

The age of my wife is 33. Her weight suddenly drops by 10 KG. We understand 2-5 KG but 10 KG suddenly drop. We went to 1 MBBS doctor & done some test. She done her Pre-Post Blood sugar, CBC, CRP, ESR, LIVER FUNCTION TEST, TYRIOD FUNCTION TEST (T3,T4,TSH), RENAL FUNCTION TEST all these reports are normal range. She is not fasting or exercising in any way. She consistently eats normal food. She spends her entire time at home, home maker. In Urine Analysis, ALBUMIN is Present. We want to know cause of her suddenly 10 KG weight loss and please prescribe another details test  for Kidney related issue. Doesn't she have a serious illness for weight lose ? I'm not primarily imunnized with tetanus... Yesterday my finer got cut by steel plate... I took TT injection... Will it give protection or I should take 1 more dose at 1 month bcoz I have read somewhere that 1 dose of TT if u r not previously immunised not gives protection... It requires atleat 2 doses of TT... My jaw is paining and teeth is also paining

I got hurt in my knee and immediately I started to feel a bit nauseous and my ears started ringing. My knee is fine, it only got a small scratch but there was pain when it hit a table. I could not understand why I felt nauseous and why I heard the ringing sound. I had to lie down to feel okay again. Is there anything to worry?
