Hi doctors, I needed some help with understanding if my condition is serious. The part near my collar bones on my shoulder just next to the neck has become little swollen and soft to touch and is very sore. It only hurts if I touch it or when there is  movement. I didn't injure it through an accident or anything. I just got up one morning and it's been like that. Please let me know if this needs serious medical attention. My Alkaline Phosphatase ALP value is 414 and ultrasound of abdomen is normal. I don't have any symptoms as of now, I just went to annual health screening . 1 month back I have left ankle mild sprain and left ankle still has stiffness and mild discomfort.

Sharing my fathers cbp his platelets are always low ..a month ago his platelets were1.4 now it is 1.3 ..lft and rft are normal..he is diabetic and having bp and is also taking ecosprin..is it serious what should be done to increase platelets
