What is the long term side effects of EVION LC , earlier when i took my sgot SGPT reduced and cholesterol was also reduced,now my sgot SGPT has increased, after left the tablet

I am suffering from high temperature for past two days with chills and body pain for which I was prescribed Dolo 650 -  every six hours and Amoxyclav 625 -( 1-1-1)*5 along with sompraz 40. It's been two days the fever and body pain has improved but my ear pain is still bothering too much.No improvement.Rather my left side looks inflamed and bad earache is bothering a lot.Any medication for the ear pain.

Doctors I experience Pins & Needles in my left palm twice or thrice in a day for past 3-4 months Very rare at Right palm. I have Hypothyroid but which is under control Please advise what will be the cause of Pins & Needle

Feeling strange. Whenever i drink or eat something, something strange happens in ears. There is fullness or clogging in ears and i feel difficulty in sleeping. What to do. Please suggest some home remedy so that I can sleep peacefully at night. I live in a pg. sore throat is also there but I'm sipping hot water with honey and lemon in it. But still i feel uncomfortable.

Hello..Im having frequent urination,low grade fever,vomiting Also urine is not coming out properly at once.CUE report shows 1 BACTERIA in urine(Midstream urine was collected and proper sanitary methods were followed while collection) I have mild hydronephrosis and my right kidney is small in size with mildly reduced cortical function(DTPA test report) Urine culture report has also come(Both urine were collected in different containers,sample were midstream and sanitary methods were followed during collection) Request you to see the report and  tell me whether I have infection or not If yes,then what needs to be done for it Please advise Also,can urine infection cause vomiting? Kindly help me🙏
