Doctor prescribed nurokind d3 tablet for one month (to boost immunity I am not sure) I want to know can I take one more month I am still feeling sick

My friend has one small kidney since his birth and the other kidney is normal. I am scared. I want to know if this will cause any problems in the future? I am a breastfeeding mother. I take Gemcal Mom calcium supplement which contains vitamin D3 also. I take separate vitamin D also. Will it increase vitamin D dose? Or should I change calcium supplement?

My mother had been feeling tired and lethargic, along with Diarrhea for 2 days. Her Blood Sugar is around 113-120 after meal. Here BP, multiple readings is fluctuating between 77/56, 83/57, and 91/53. Pulse between 73-83.
