Dear sir What is the better position to measure SPO2. My saturation was 98 in sitting upright position and 96 in lying suspine position . What is the reason for 96 saturation in suspine position. Is this normal for the above variation???

I was gone for a regular checkup for my gastritis problem with a gastroenterologist, whenever i visit the hospital i feel a kind extensive fear, i feel some danger, my heart gets beating faster, i feel i am uncontrable, when doctor checks bp - it is also somewhat around 150/90. While in other time, i am normal and does not feel anxious. Doctor said increase in bp is due to anxiety faced by you and given me medication of nexito 5 mg. Can anxiety cause such sudden spike in blood pressure?. If i start nexito medicine, will it cause any side effects? Should i worry about bp? I am really tensed about this bp flactuations and the anxious issue.
