Does sleeping on stomach and keeping pillow at head can decrease oxygen to head Because everyday I wake up with headache?

Hi I was not able to eat much food. I was alchohol and smoking addicted. Sometimes I feel left and sometimes I feel right and sometimes I feel back pain too. My urine will always be in yellow.
