Can someone help me please.Hi I am having sore throat for last one week with headache at back right side and I am getting fever at night and morning but suddenly after waking up it's vanishing .
For that I did plain ct scan of head and neck and this is what report says: Mild S shaped deviation of bony nasal septum noted with impingement of bilateral inferior
turbinate. There is atrophy of right middle turbinates. Minimal mucosal thickening noted in
left maxillary sinus.

You are too sure of yourself.
That's why you can get a CT scan done without asking any Doctor.
I am sure no Doctor will advise a CT scan for the symptoms that you have.
I suggest you should consult Mr Google again to find out how to interpret the S shaped curve of nasal septum. If you can't get the desired information from Mr Google then the second best is to consult an ENT specialist in your area.
