Acidity + Skin reaction
2 days ago, in the evening I experienced severe acidity which reduced a bit after I took gelusil. It repeated the next evening. I took gelusil again but of no use, I also started to feel feverish but my temperaturewas 99. Yesterday I took Pan D before dinner which helped me alot. Today I have skin rashes all over my body. Pictures attached.
Please advise.

These rashes have nothing to do with acidity.
You can't get rid of your acidity by having antacids alone. Lifestyle modifications are more important than your antacids.
