Looks more like mild acidity with dehydration gastritis. Start sipping ORS coconut water plain fluids slowly, avoid spicy oily food, tea coffee for a day, and don’t stay on an empty stomach. If symptoms persist, vomiting, fever or very low urine output occurs, get evaluated 👍 If needed, book a consultation  we can quickly sort out whether this is simple acidity or something more.

Kindly provide a detailed history regarding the ongoing meds if any. Also if its a one day issue, you can emphasise on proper hydration and take an antacid. For recurrent such episodes, further evaluation is required via a quick consultation.
