For tiredness and mouth getting dry get your sugar levels, haemoglobin, vitamin b12 and d3 levels checked lower levels may lead to insomnia. Take Alprax 0.25mg at night for three days, if you are mentally stressed for a long time get a psychiatry review.

**Opinion:** Your symptoms—dry mouth, excessive thirst, headaches, feeling hot, and disrupted sleep—could indicate underlying issues such as dehydration, hormonal imbalances (e.g., menopause or thyroid dysfunction), or even sleep disorders like insomnia or sleep apnea. The lack of restful sleep is likely contributing to your fatigue and difficulty concentrating. **Next Steps:** 1. **Consult Me for Evaluation:** Schedule an appointment to assess potential causes like hormonal imbalances, sleep disorders, or other medical conditions. 2. **Hydration:** Ensure adequate hydration throughout the day, but limit fluids close to bedtime to avoid frequent awakenings. 3. **Sleep Hygiene:** - Maintain a consistent sleep schedule. - Avoid screens and stimulants (e.g., caffeine) before bed. - Create a cool, dark, and quiet sleep environment. 4. **Monitor Symptoms:** Keep a diary of your symptoms, including thirst, temperature changes, and sleep patterns. 5. **Diagnostic Tests:** We may need to check your thyroid function, blood sugar levels, and hormone levels to rule out underlying conditions. Let’s work together to restore your sleep and energy—book an appointment for a tailored treatment plan. Early intervention can significantly improve your quality of life!
