Thirsty even after drinking
My mouth seems constantly thirsty even after drinking i drink daily 2-3 litres of water Am i dehydrated?

Does anyone in family suffering form Diabetes and high blood pressure or thyroid?? See need proper history  there are many question to ask. U r drinking appropriate quantity of eater.  Start taking fruits . For medication I need proper history then will advise u.  Connect will help u

Dry tongue is one of the signs of dehydration! There are other signs too like loss of skin tugour...etc., If dry mouth alone is the symptom..it could be mild dehydration and increase fluid intake will be enough There are few studies that show, although not clearly,that prolonged mobile usage can cause oxidative stress on salivary glands and result in dry mouth.. So if u are on habbit of using Mobile for longer time,try reducing it..

Yes it dehydration. Plain water isn't helping you..take ors or electral water to prevent dehydration. Take ors /juice /coconut water

Kindly check for fasting and PP blood sugar level. Looks like dehydration, so drink good amount of water
