acidity can be reduced by having food multiple times in small portions. avoid spicy foods, fruits in emoty stomach.
for vitamins: vit a- include carrots, papaya and multiple leafy vegetables
vit c - include lemon juice, amla, kiwi, oranges
vit d- expose to sunlight, include fish/ meat
vit b12- include dairy products such as panner, yogurt and meat.
for iron and multiple essential minerals include dry fruits, saseme seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, ground nuts etc
you can actually make small balls with grinding above seeds and mixing them with jaggery or dates
For acidity, avoid fatty, spicy, sugary food.
Avoid much of tea, coffee.
Take adequate physical and mental rest.
