Can a bp cross the range of 140/90 while on physixal activity or mental rension, if we checked the bp before resting for 5-10 minutes or if we have anxiety or panic attacks. Can bp increases? Age is 25.

Hi I am 26 male, have been prescribed Amikacin 500 Iv once a day.
