I'm experiencing fast heartbeats for a few days. It happens some times in day and when it does I don't feel good, I panic. I was fine until I started staying home. It's been 5 months now, I've gotten out of my home maybe just like 10 times. I messed up my sleep schedule and I usually always have troubles staying asleep for more than 2 hrs. When my heart rate is fast, I check m bp but it's completely normal. Idk if I have an anxiety issue. I had anxiety in the past but when I started going to academy regularly it vanished. When I meet my loved ones, I sleep really nice and this problem diminishes a lot. I'm confused whether it's an anxiety or sleep deprivation type issue or its something else caused due to inactivity of my body.

I am facing anxiety and sometime panic attack from the last 1 year. I have a constant overthinking problem, but with time it got reduced. But on another side i have anxiety attack whenever i visit hospital. Measurement like HR rate & BP both are on higher side. So doctor prescribed me nexito for this issue, he said it solve your issue. Still i have hospital fear, otherwise i am normal. Does nexito cause any major side effects?
