I have tested Antibody test on 37 day of exposure which was negative
Today on 41 day of exposure tested with 4th generation duo combo test of p24 antigen and antibody
Please tell me whether it is conclusive or not

Yes it will be conclusive... These tests may vary person to person depending upon the immune response of the individual. P24 antigen and antibody test is more accurate and will be conclusive
