Is a fourth generation hiv antigen/antibody test conclusive after 7 weeks? Or do I have to repeat after 12 weeks?

A 4th generation HIV antigen/antibody test is highly accurate and considered conclusive 6 weeks after potential exposure. By 7 weeks, the test results are generally reliable. However, some guidelines recommend a follow-up test at 12 weeks for complete confirmation and peace of mind.
