Hiv duo Non-reactive..

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Exposure After 10 month hiv duo 4th generation test Non-reactive (0.13). It is 100 % conclusive or not plz tell me.. Will I have to do a Western blot test for confirmation in next month? Plz Advice me western blot test is required or not for me confirmation test..Hiv duo is 100% confirmation or not ..plz help me Sir/Mam.
