.my question is can I take them weekly ..and where will that be given as it is intramuscular

yes u can take weekly but best is to take on alternate days for better results as u may have deficiency and to improve quickly

Got your concern, you can take them weekly but as some physician advised to take them alternate day there must be a valid reason such as your deficiency would be severe, so don't question his/her clinical decision. Otherwise you will have to take these injections at frequent interval.
They are i.m so they must be given intramuscularly without any doubt.
