I have 100 degree fever with severe throat pain. When I am taking crocin , the fever and throat pain supresses but after 4-5 hours it starts again

Is L-citrulline safe to take? I have no medical conditions and am not under any medication. Can it be used daily? If so, what is the safe limit?

My HDL is 31 and LDL is 102. How do I increase my HDL. It dropped from 38 to 31 in last two months, any issues. I take BP tablet, beta blocker.
