Flu

My mother has done a random urine test and not a 24 hours urine test. Her Urinary Microalbumin shows 85.7ug/ml and Albumin/Creatinine ratio shows 136.4ug/mg and eGFR is 72. We are scared and is this an indication of kidney problems? She is diabetic. Should we do a 24 hours urine test now?

I have coughing last 3 weeks with no fever still coughing not frequently but after 2 hours or 1 hours i do coughing sputum colour many time same as saliva transparent but some time yellow first two week cough was high level but now is low but still i want to get treatment i took some antibiotics and cough syrup but still not getting proper relief

Hi Doctor, This is for my husband who had fever for last 4 days and now he has no fever for the past 2 days.. Only cough is there.. His platelet count was going down till 116. I am attaching the latest lab report here. Please let me know if his platelet count is in normal range. Also, in the remarks they have mentioned "Platelet clumps seen". Is it something to worry about?
