Flu

I am moving to UK on 16th. Before that I was thinking if I could get a shot of Influenza and Pneumonia vaccines. I asked the ENT doctor near me, he said this can only be prescribed by general physician. Is prescription required for this? If not, can you please suggest the above vaccinations and can they be taken on the same day? Because I have 1-2 days in hand. Thanks.

I feel thirsty all the time even after drinking lots of water. Its getting really uncomfortable for me. I drink lots of water that my stomach gets full. Sometimes i do get gastric. But even on the days when i don't get gastric i still feel thirsty day and night.

I have a palpable(feels like a seed, firm and movable, but no pain) pre-auricular lymph node. Which a nearby ENT checked, he said it's within normal range. And when I put my finger below the ear region, and open mouth, it feels sore, only on one side(same side of the node). Apart from that, after a viral, probably influenza only, i am having sore throat since a month. Had 2 rounds (5 + 10 days) of antibiotics already. (Ceftum + cefpodem xp). But the sore throat, which is being caused be post nasal drip, is not resolving. Sometimes i need to clear throat(phlegm), sometimes its PND. Is this Asthma? And coming back to the lymph nodes, i read in some other post on practo that hard lymph node means cancer? Is that true? I am terrified of that :(. Please guide me how to go through this. Day after tomorrow, i am leaving for UK. Which is why its more worrisome for me. Help me out please.

I am 47 year old female . I have cough since past 2 weeks , initially I had fever but now I don't have it . I have taken 3 day course for Amoxicillin, 5 day meucomix, and Alex cough syrup . It's nonstop and can't help . Pls help

Hello Doctor My father has uric acid as 3mg dl. His creatinine is 0.9 and urea is 24. Is the low uric acid a issue. Also, his lymphocytes is 45, he recently had severe cough. Is that the reason why it is high. Please advise.
